I have been a customer for over 22 years. Frederick Air always has fast and fair service and installation. I once had an outdoor heat pump unit fail under warranty and they replaced the whole thing with no hassle and no delay! I could not ask for more!

Lead tech, Austin Fisher was terrific at running the installation and explaining everything to us. He is also very knowledgeable and polite. Damion Fewster did excellent work as well. And Jonathan Kehr was top-notch. Both for getting the job done and explaining specific things to us. I highly recommend Frederick Air!
