Our furnace went out during below freezing temperatures. It needed to be replaced asap to get heat in our house. I set up appt in the evening for the next day, and they arrived right on time. They were very polite, professional, and efficient. They figured out what was wrong and had part replaced within the hour!

I had to have my entire HVAC system replaced in August. I had 3 companies quote the job. Frederick Air explained the what, why and how much more thoroughly than the other 2. The sales rep Dan was great. He wasn't rushed and really explained all my options. The installation team was also great. They moved quickly and answered all my questions. It has been almost 2 months and I'm thrilled with not only the service I received but with the equipment that was installed.
